Sings My Soul

Praise the Lord, Oh my soul
While you still have breathe, sing of His wonders.
Praise the Lord, My heart within me
With every beat, declare His marvelous works.

How blessed are those that seek the Lord
For those who seek Him will find Him.
How blessed are those that fear His awesomeness
For they will find wisdom and understanding.

Extol the powerful and mighty hand of God
Honor Him with your worship and service.
Pay tribute to the ruler of the universe.
Bring to Him the sacrifice of your heart.

How blessed are those that enter into His rest
For they know peace and safety.
How blessed are the sheep of His pasture
For they will want for nothing.

Applaud God for all that He has done
Recall all His many benefits.
Admire His faithfulness to keep His word
Mediate on it that you might live.

How blessed are those seek His face
For they will find His love and life.
How blessed are those that long for truth
For they look upon the glory of Christ.

Give glory, honor and praise to holy God
Bow your knee before Him in reverence.
Worship the only sinless and pure one, Jesus Christ.
Fall prostrate at his feet in gratitude.

How blessed are they that have the honor
To be called the children of God.
How blessed are they have the privilege
To stand before their loving father.

Pay homage to the one who saves your soul
And dispenses all your foes before you.
Revere His ability to rescues your life
And deliver you from death and Hell.

How blessed are they that have forgiveness
And all their sins removed from them.
How blessed are they that receive mercy and grace
And have His righteousness place on them.

Give credit to Jesus Christ for His sacrifice
Upon that, old rugged and cursed cross.
Stand and proclaim His amazing love
Let the entire world see Him in you.

How blessed are they that can claim His name
For they will have their name written in the Book of Life.
How blessed are they the can claim the blood
For they will have eternal life and rule in Heaven.

Devotions of song, dance, and joy are due Him.
Lift up your hands and voice in adulation.
Submit to His service and His ownership
Surrender unto Him all, for it is His due.

How blessed are they that walk in His ways,
Whose feet follow in His path of righteousness.
How blessed are they that know the light
And do not walk the dark path of death and sin.

Offer up your prayers to your provider
That He might hear and answer you.
Request His blessing be released on you
And that every curse over you be broken.

How blessed is the man that Christ has set free
For he will know truth and hope.
How blessed is the man that Jesus liberates
For he will no longer be in bondage.

Clap your hands in thanks and appreciation
For all the gifts that you have received.
Jump for joy because chains have been removed
And you are no longer a slave to sin.

How blessed is the man that forgives others
For he too will be forgiven.
How blessed is the man that welcomes God mercy
For he will attain healing and wholeness.

Eyes see at power of His name.
Demons hear that name and tremble.
Ears open at the mention of His blood
The grave surrenders back it victims.

How blessed are those that have been touch by God
For they will be renewed and restored to heath.
How blessed are those that cling to His promises
For they will fly like eagle and run with hinds feet.

Accept with awe and astonishment God’s gift
That you might be called His holy temple.
Receive and welcome in you, His indwelling
That He might abide in you and you in Him.

How blessed are those who are filled with the Spirit
Baptized with His presences and power.
How blessed are those in which God lives inside
For they can never be alone again.

Rejoice that you have a guide to light the way
And illuminate God’s word to your heart.
Be indebted that we have one who pleads our case
When we cannot and groans for us before our judge.

How blessed are those that share Jesus name
That tells others of His love and forgiveness.
How blessed are those that teach their children
All that He has done for Abraham’s children.

Write His words upon your heart and mind
So that you can share them with others.
Live a life in such a way that others can see Him in you
For you will be the only Bible some will ever read.

How blessed are those that led another to Christ
For they will receive great rewards in Heaven.
How blessed are those that never have to answer
Why did you not tell them about Me?
