Things that You have done

Lord, how do I count the things that You have done?
They are as numerous as the sands on the shore or the stars in the sky.
They are as small as an ant and as big as the universe.
Every day You bless us with glorious sunrise and sunset.
Each one is matchless, irreplaceable and exceptional in magnificence splendor.
You cause the sun to shine on us; giving us warmth, light and life.
You gave the stars and moon that we might find our way in darkness.
You cause the seasons to change bringing new miracles with each one
From the changing of the leaves, to new growth and buds bursting forth.
Your deeds are as great as setting the water in heaven and the sea in their place.
You send the rains that give life and cause the earth to bring forth fruit and feed all things.
Has anyone ever made a garden as gorgeous, exquisite and perfect as Your?
You supply the very air we breathe without which we would die.
You place the blessing of new life in each of Your creations to come forth at their time.
Yet the smallest detail of the lowest creature was not designed by chance
There is nothing insignificant to You and You considered all of life’s requirements
From the butterflies’ wings, to the elephant’s nose, to whale’s blow spout,
To the number of leaves on ivy, to the moss hidden beneath the snow, or tallest tree.
How many types of plants and animals are there? Can anybody count them?
A thousand years have passed and we are still finding new ones.
Yet You know the number of hairs on our head
And where the robin will find her food or make her nest.
Not one snowflake is like another one. Each one is unique just as You planned.
There are fish that never see the light of day yet, You know their path.
You blessed the daylily with a beautiful gown even though it last but a day.
The mighty mountains lift up their heads unto heaven reaching for Your glory.
The valleys fall down and bow before Your presents.
The great Red Sea blushed and parted at Your say,
And Galilee water’s stood still at your voice.
The Ocean’s waves keep their place forever bound by Your hand.
Every living thing declares Your greatness, Your love and Your glory.
Life and death lay in Your hands. Time itself is at Your command.

You made the angels and the souls of men that will never pass away.
Everything that You created was good, and complete but one, Man.
You created man in Your image to be Your child, Your bride, and Your friend.
You endowed him with every good gift, wisdom, and unbounded love.
You gave to him the ability to choose good and evil,
But man was not yet complete so having never know a lie he fell into sin’s allure
Not knowing the cost or that it lead to death, he embraced its call.
He had not learned to bend his ways to Yours, nor that it was You that gave him power.
He had not known yet the true meaning of the depth and power of love.
He had not the wisdom to know that Your ways are best and not his own.
He believed that he could be equal to Your person.
Yet as with all creation, You had a plan for redemption
For You could see the past, present and future.

Lord, how do I count the things that You have done?
Before man knew or cared that he was lost You came looking for him.
You left the brilliance, wonder and grandeur of heaven
Where every second Your were worshiped and praised has King
To come into a world that had no room for You and knew You not.
You gave up the ability to be everywhere, everyplace, and know everything
To be a helpless babe trapped in a dying body dependent upon man.
You went from angels bowing before You, to lowly shepherds.
You went from heaven golden throne to a simple trough of hay.
You traded Your robe of white for swaddling clothes.
You went from a world of no sadness, sorrows or tears
To the earth below so that You would know our weakness and temptations.
You went form a world of health and wealth to one of sickness and poverty.
For this mighty act of love, You were hated, despised and rejected by man.
In time You grew into a man, yet You knew no sin.
Still the world placed its shame upon your shoulders.
You spoke of love with every breathe You took.
You had mercy for the sick, healing the hurting, freeing the captives.
Not once did You turn one person away unchanged.
Life giving miracles You gave, asking nothing in return.
Each need You met completely and perfectly in Your time.
You fed the hungry and thirsty in both their body and soul.
You cried for man to come back into a place of right standing with God.
Man ears where open yet he still did not hear because his heart was cold.
His eye saw the wonders and was in awe but did not understand.
Man was so use to making his own way that he missed God’s way.
So yet again, You humbled Yourself and allow man’s courts authority to rule.
You know that sin had a price, and that righteousness demanded it to be paid in full.
Man had yet to ask forgiveness and knew not his folly.
But yet again, You humbled Yourself into the Father plan and will.
You took the abuse, the cruelty, the exploitation, the violence and insults of man.
Jesus freely walked a road to Cavalry that man could not, so that man might live.
You open wide Your arms and said this is love. See how much I love You.
I came to break the curse of death on you.
I came that you might know life again.
I came that you might know joy and forgiveness.
I came that you might have a future and a hope again.
I came to bring my lost sheep safely home.

Lord, how do I count the things that You have done?
They are as unimportant as hearing my selfish prayer.
They are as earthshaking as saving my soul.
They are as tender as Your never ending mercies.
They are as powerful as Your forgiveness that washes me clean.
Your blessing are undeserved and total without merit.
My choices demanded my death.
Yet You stand before the Father and say I claim this one.
Assure her that she is loved and acceptable.
Give to her all the rights, privileges, and blessing that You would give me.
Take away all unworthiness. See her as holy because I am holy.
Love her because she loves me and calls upon my name.
Hear and answer her prayers as You would mine.
Pour out the healing oil upon her heart and soul restoring its joy, and peace
Touch her shoulders and removing all life’s burdens.
Rest the Holy Spirit in her to teach her and guide her.
Give to her every spiritual blessing and every good thing.
Set Your angels around her to guard and protect her.

Lord, how do I count the things that You have done?
How does one say thanks for saving me from death and Hell?
How does one say thanks for that kind of Love?
I know not how. Eternity is not enough time.
To give all the praise and thanks that You deserve
And each new day brings only more.

Tremble at God's Love

Oh, Lord my God, Adonai
I tremble at Your presences.
Your holiness and righteousness
Cause me to fall down in awe of You.
How does one stand before such splendor?
The power of Your love
Makes me to shake and quiver within
My heart jumping and skipping beats.
It is beyond my ability to comprehend.
It is so strong that I can hardly believe it’s true.
No one else loves as You do
Totally , completely and unconditionally.
It is absolutely beautiful, and perfect
Pleasing and exquisite like a flawless diamond.
It is superb and magnificent above
Anything that man can give to me.
It is more precious that pure gold or silvers.
It is too wonderful for me to grasp and understand
I cannot wrap my mind around its unyielding strength
For nothing can break it away from me.
You know everything about me, yet You still love me.
You love me when others would turn away from me.
You love me despite of selfish and evil thoughts
You love me when I am unlovable and full of hate.
You love me when even I cannot love me.
You may despise my actions but never me.
You even adopt me as Your own child.
You pour out Your spirit on me renewing my soul.
You are always with me, and you never abandon me.
I do not have to be afraid of everything for You are there.
You protect me from the storms of life.
You are peace and a safe port in the storm.
You do not leave me to make my own way
With no hope, no future, and no joy
But You make a way for me when there is none.
You provide for my every need.
You even give to me the authority to act
In Your name and Your powerful might.
You are a true and faithful friend.
You are happy to see me and spend time with me.
You are never too busy to listen to my heart.
You cry with me, You laugh with me, You comfort me.
You desire to give good gifts to me.
It pleases You to see me happy and successful.
You chart a course for my benefit and pleasure.
Blessing upon blessing You give to servant.
You are my master, but I do not have to be afraid of You.
For You are so gentle, so kind, so caring, and so tender.
My shame and disgrace bring You no joy.
You are willing to share all that You have with me;
Your blessings of power, victory, health and prosperity.
You wipe away my every tear and bind my heartaches.
Your love knows no limits and is everlasting.
I can do nothing to cause You to forsake me.
You are faithful to forgive my failing if I but ask
And You never bring them up again.
It is hard for me even to accept that kind of love.
I have been hurt so many times
That Your I love feels wrong
And it is painful to me even to hear to spoke.
Still my soul cries out for that kind of love
And I would die a thousand deaths without it.
How do you say thanks for a love
That is willing to die for me?
How do you give enough praise
To the one who paid my debt?
How do you give enough glory
To the one who gave me His righteousness?
How can I return that kind of love?
Can I write enough praise?
Can I sing enough hymns?
Can I serve enough?
Can I give enough sacrifice?
Maybe in a thousand years I can make a start.

The Holy Spirit

The world cannot see or know You, Holy Spirit
But You are given by The Father to those that ask you in.
You baptized man with the Love of Christ.
You abide in the flesh of man
And cause him to be a temple of God.
Holy and pure as new fallen snow.

You are quite as the breath that give life to man,
You pour out living water for us to drink,
You fall on us like a gentle dove,
You have fellowship with man.
You speak to us with a still small voice
And reveal our hearts and thoughts to us.

You fall from heaven like a violent rushing wind
A fire that cannot be put out, to unveil the heart of God.
Releasing your joy to explode from deep within us.
Voice lifted in praise and worship, hands raised in honor.
You allow us to be able to soar all the way to heaven throne.
You give liberty and freedom, peace and joy unbounded
Causing our hearts to dance within us.

You give acceptance and comfortable
And are our helper in time of trouble.
You are our strength in times of weakness.
Once you enter us, You never leave our heart.
So, we can never be alone again.
You wipe away all our tears and cause us to weep no more.

You teach us God Holy Word and bring its remembrance to us.
When we know not the words to say, You tell us how to speak.
When we seek you, you give counsel to the simple.
Revealing to little children what is hidden from the learned.
Your instruction makes us wise.

You fell as fiery tongues to encompass the languages of man
And fill man’s heart with truth, grace, and mercy
That spread across hearts to the end of the world.
You give boldness to proclaim the Gospel of Christ.
God’s children need not fear because you substance them.
The strength to stand before Satan lies comes from you.

You have a mind of Your own giving gifts to each as you will.
You revealed Yourself to Israel by Your Prophet and Your son.
Words of wisdom and visions of the future, You give for our instruction.
Might Daniel and Joseph you blessed with dreams and interpretation.
You lead us as shepherd, and guild us to walk in safety
And block the path that we should not travel, so we do not stumble.
No good thing do You with hold from us.

You bears witness that we are God’s possession.
You are our seal of redemption evermore.
You grant us access to the Holies of Holies.
You defend us in court and plea Christ blood.
You intercede for us in prayer for we know not how to pray,
We lack understanding to know what to ask, but You do.
You groaning for us when our pain is too deep for words.

You know Joy and Sorrow equally well.
Your patients with us is often stretched and grieved
By our stubborn and rebellious heart.
I hunger for the fruit of Your Spirit in my life.
Your power is limited only by my ability to receive and except it.
Fall on me, and fill me to overflowing, in every area of my life
For You alone are God, in me, my faithful friend, every true
And I want all of You.

Thanksgiving

Praise and thanksgiving belong to You, oh Lord
For You are worthy and holy above all others beings.
The name of Jesus is honored by man and angels alike
For there is no greater name in all creation.
Creation itself sings out of Your power and majesty.
I will lift my hands, and voice up in praise
To the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
I will bow before the Messiah and fall at my Saviors feet.
You are faithful and true to Your word
Never changing or faltering in its course.
It accomplishes the desires of Your heart
Calling Your children home and melting fearful hearts
So that they can return to Your glorious presences
Of beauty, serenity, holiness, and tranquility.
Your Word speaks life into my body, mind and soul.
Even if those words have not yet come to pass
I have the assurance that they will be fulfilled
For You are still the Great I AM
You still move and breathe with life
And Your keep Your Covent promise forever.
Great are Your mercy and kindness to Abraham
And His children both Jew and Gentile.
Blessed are we to be able to come to thee
And bare our souls and dreams
For You do not turn away from our cries.
You do not despise our weakness and infirmities.
You do not abandon us when we fall
But instead lift us up to higher ground
And give us hind’s feet to reach the mountain top.
You are faithful to forgive and cleanse us of all unrighteousness.
Pouring out unmerited grace and mercy.
You send angels to guard my hearts and mind.
You hear and answer those that love You.
You wipe away our tears and bring hope.
You do not withhold good things
From those that serve and abide in You
But instead pour out Your Spirit on us
Filling us with power and wisdom.
You provide for our every need
Even before we are aware what it is.
You see past our harmful lust
And grant us that which will benefits us.
Even if we cannot see Your plan
We can trust Your heart
For in Your heart we find joy unspeakable,
Undying love, strength that is invincible.
You will restore to us, Your peace and rest.
Your healing balm, You pour out on me
Anointing my soul with life and health.
That which the Devil tries to steal from me
But You cause him to restore seven fold.
Your word comforts me and reminds my heart
That You love me more than life,
And that You will always be there for me
I am never left alone to walk into life’s fires.
When I can travel no further, You carry me.
My service and heart I freely surrender to You.
I will bless You with a grateful heart.
Thanks, praise, honor and glory I offer You
It can never be enough to repay You
But I will bless You with all my soul
Until my last breathe leaves my body
And I can finial see the glory of Your face
And kiss the precious nail scared hands and feet.

How blessed are they that walk in His ways,
Whose feet follow in His path of righteousness.
How blessed are they that know the light
And do not walk the dark path of death and sin.

That He might hear and answer you.
Request His blessing be released on you
And that every curse over you be broken.

How blessed is the man that Christ has set free
For he will know truth and hope.
How blessed is the man that Jesus liberates

For all the gifts that you have received.
Jump for joy because chains have been removed
And you are no longer a slave to sin.

How blessed is the man that forgives others
For he too will be forgiven.
How blessed is the man that welcomes God mercy
For he will attain healing and wholeness.

The grave surrenders back it victims.

How blessed are those that have been touch by God
For they will be renewed and restored to heath.
How blessed are those that cling to His promises
For they will fly like eagle and run with hinds feet.

Accept with awe and astonishment God’s gift
That you might be called His holy temple.
Receive and welcome in you, His indwelling
That He might abide in you and you in Him.

How blessed are those who are filled with the Spirit
Baptized with His presences and power.
How blessed are those in which God lives inside
For they can never be alone again.

Rejoice that you have a guide to light the way
And illuminate God’s word to your heart.
Be indebted that we have one who pleads our case
When we cannot and groans for us before our judge.

How blessed are those that share Jesus name
That tells others of His love and forgiveness.
How blessed are those that teach their children
All that He has done for Abraham’s children.

Write His words upon your heart and mind
So that you can share them with others.
Live a life in such a way that others can see Him in you
For you will be the only Bible some will ever read.

How blessed are those that led another to Christ
For they will receive great rewards in Heaven.
How blessed are those that never have to answer
Why did you not tell them about Me?

Praise in the Storm

My heart does not sing for joy as it should because I am in the storm yet I will still pay my vow and offer up my praises to You. Regardless of my estate, You deserve praise and if I fail to give it the rocks would cry out. The sun, the moon, and star shine forth Your light. When one day we see You in heaven, You will be even brighter than they. How did You cause the sky and sea to know their boundary? How does one cause the mountain to rise or the valley to sink? You made the pasture green and abounding with life. You made the desert hot dry and harsh yet home for many. You made the cold lands of frozen ice but there is live even there. You made the ant so strong and wise. You made the elephant so big with hides as tough as steal. You made the butterfly so light that it can fly, with wings thin as blade of grass. You made the giraffe with it neck so long. You made a turtle to carry always it home that it can duck into. You made the birds to sing and dance across the skies. You made the platypus just to make us laugh when we ask what is it. Everything perfectly formed just as it should be. How did You know how to make everything so unique yet exactly as it should be?
What is man that You should have made him so special? You took clay, molded it into a vessel, and then breathed life into it. You form him in Your image with a soul like Your own. You counted his days, and number the hairs on his head. Our time here is but a vapor to You. Why are You concerned with him? You called man a friend, and walked and talk with him. You gave to him a beautiful garden of delight for him to rule and live off. You gave to man also free will, that broke Your heart for he rebelled against You. We were to reflect Your glory but, instead in pride we walked away. Like a good Father You did not leave us there to die but came searching for us. We have nothing that You need why should care for us? Why would You love us? You built a bridge back to You at the cost of Your only child. You gave up your place among the angels and took on the form of a babe. You bore our shame and curse so that we might live. You send Your spirit to live in us and join us to Yourself. Your mercy and grace are more than the human mind can understand. What have we to give You? Our live, our money, our time, our talent, our very breathe is it not already Yours. All we have to offer is our hearts with it we lift up praise to You. We sing, we dance, we clap, we shout, we jump, and lift up Holy hands. We can give thanks for You have cleans us and placed Your robe of righteousness on us. Because of Christ we can once again come into Your presences. Without Your grace, we would not be able to stand before Your glory, Your justice, Your holiness or Your truth for no good thing abides in us. Your might is unsurpassed, Your strength formidable, Your word capable of finishing the war. Where man likes to think that he is in control, he is not but You are. We cannot stand if You are against us or be defeated if You are for us. Your wisdom and Your knowledge are beyond our pitiful understanding. Our wisest thoughts not even worth the mention and Your lowest still alludes us. You still talk to our hearts and hear our every prayer. You still bless us when we do not deserve it. You still call us Your child. You are the only true God. You are living and active, not dead like sticks or stones. You have not forgotten how the body is to work, or the laws of nature. You can still bend them to Your will and perform miracles. The one thing You cannot do is lie and break Your word. You are forever faithful, even when we are not. I bow my knee, and I lie prostrate before You to beg forgiveness. I lift my voice and add it to the angels to tell of all the great and might things that You have done. One day I will fall at Your feet in admiration and look into Your beautiful face and give You all the worship that You deserve for You will always be my King, my Savior and my Lord.

Praise be to Lord God Almighty

Praise be to the Maker of all things,
He who paint the sky with the splendor of the morning light
And the night with a thousand twinkling stars so bright.

Raise your voice and sing to the Creator,
Who spoke and made the heaven,
And commanded the oceans and land to form.

Fall on your face in awe and reverence before
He who made the delicate butterfly, its wing so fragile
And ants so strong to lift many time it weight.

Lift your hand in Joy to the Giver of Life,
To him who took clay and breath a soul in it,
Who took a rib and made a woman to be man helper.

Bow low before the Lord of Host,
He who commands the angels’ paths,
And dictates the Devil’s place in hell.

Dance with unrestrained joy and happiness
In acknowledgement of His most precious gift
Christ’s death upon a cross and His saving power.

Clap and shout with thanksgiving
For the gift of the Holy Spirit
Who bring joy, peace, and wisdom.

Play the harp and string beautifully
To Him who created the music of the heaven,
And the songs of the heart and soul.

Strike strong the mighty beating drum.
Oh, Him who gives the nation their marching orders
And orders the laws of nature.

Stand firmly planted, never bending
Upon His Holy Word, unfailing
Upon His never changing truth.

Cry out my soul and all that is within me
Give thanks for all the blessing He has given.
Weep for His tender mercy.

Remember forever and ever all His power,
All His love, All His Holiness and Righteousness.
Sealed for all eternity to His Son.

Praise in the Morn

Praise

Early in the morning will I seek Thy face.
My lips will praise thy name.
I will shout with joy at thy wonders.
I will lift up to You a song of worship.

When dawns first light break the sky
My hands reach up to Thee.
I will stand in awe of thy beautiful sunrise.
My arms will I stretch up to Thy glorious majesty.

My voice will I lift up to You in admiration
For all the gifts that You have given me.
My song will rise to heaven door
Extolling the many virtues of my King.

I fall upon my knees and humble bow
For You are Holy, Justice and Righteous.
On my face with hands outstretched
Will I acknowledge Thy glory and grandeur.

My mind will mediate on Thy word
Taking captive the thoughts of my Master.
I will study and pondered Thy ways
So that all will be well with my soul.

All throughout the day I will pray to Thee
Making know my requests for Thou help.
Never ceasing prayer will I lift up to You
For Thou are my rock and hope of my salvation.

Your word strengthen me and give me wings
To fly across life many trials.
Your blood so precious heals my disease
And sets me free to fly again with eagles.

At no time let my soul forget Your love
For one a weak and feeble as me.
It is Your mighty love that draws me
A poor sinner to repent before Your heart.

My life is blessed by Thou mercy and grace
For Thou loving-kindness follows me.
My soul is comforted by Thou forgiveness
You goodness to me is never-ending.

My heart will call to thee with love
And tears of joy will fill my eyes.
My soul longs for Your presences.
As Your peace overflow my spirit.

At night, I fall to slumber sweet
Counting all the blessings, you have given.
Your angels guard even my dreams
Bringing remembrance of all your goodness to me.

My King and My Master my hearts is in your service
My Savior, My Lord I thank you for your Salvation.
My Shepherd and The Ruler my soul I am yours forever more.
Jesus Christ Messiah I thank you for my life.

Names of God

El Ohim- My Creator

You spoke and the Earth and Heaven came into existence.
Your power hung the sun, the moon, and stars.
By Your charge the seasons and day where set in place.
At Your command, the land formed and the mountain rose.
By Your authority, the sky and seas knows their limit.
Your might is great beyond our understanding.
Nothing is too great or impossible for You to do.
You are the author of all live in existence.
Every form live came from Your great imagination.
At Your directive every animal and plant was created
According to Your instructions and wisdom
From the giant redwood to the minute nat.
At Your decree the angels came into being
And they willing obey your every decree.
With Your hand You did take clay and shape man
In Your image, likeness, and glory
In perfect form for the task, You have for him.
Then You counted his days and breathe into him life
Knowing everything that he would ever accomplish
And showing mercy for the failures he would create.
You poured out Your excessive love upon him
And declared that all You created was very good.

El Roi- The God Who Sees

You look upon all Your creations
And say it is blessed and wonderful
For You see it as You intended it to be
With all the possibility still in place.
You see the future, past and present.
You see inside the heart of man.
Man’s heart can bring You pain
When You see the ugly dark hideous sin in it
And the sorrow that comes from following that road
Into death, and the pits of Hell.
Man’s heart can bring You joy
When You see that it is turn back to You
And is surrendered and yield to Your will
And lift back to You in praise and thanksgiving.
You see it all the good, the bad, and the secret
For nothing is beyond Your view.
You cry with us when we hurt.
You laugh with us when we are happy.
You inhabit our praise and bring joy.
But You also saw the need for one to save us
And what it would cost to complete the task.
You had to watch as Your heart was broke by man.
You were blessed to observe You Son’s righteousness
As He made You the proud Father by yielding to Your will.
You watch Him die, descend to Hell and rise again.
You see also Him sitting upon His throne in glory.
You see each of us bending our knee to Him.
You see each of us living eternally in Heaven or Hell
For You see our true hearts.

El Shaddai- All Sufficient One

You are sufficient for all our needs.
You are the great I AM of Israel.
You are more than adequate to handle life’s troubles.
You have a more than ample supply of blessings
No matter what the situation or problem.
You own all the cattle on a thousand hills.
All the gold, silver and diamond in the world belong to you.
The birds are feed by You, although they do not work.
The lilies are dressed in fine array and splendor.
The rose cannot contain the perfume of your spirit.
You designed man’s form and You know how correct it ills.
You know what he needs and thinks he needs
And are wise enough to give what is required
And often choose to bless us with even more than is essential.
You are bigger than our biggest worries.
You are mightier than our strongest foe.
Even Death, itself, is inadequate to defeat You.

El Elyon- God Most High Who is in Control.

Man in his arrogance believes that he is in charge.
He falsely thinks that he can rule the world or even himself.
Kings believe that they rule the nations and set the order of things.
The general believe that he rules his soldiers.
The soldiers believe that they determined the outcome of the battle.
The wealthy trust that their dollars protect them from troubles.
The sick trust that the doctor is the answer.
Parents hope that they can control their child.
Man proudly lifts his head and says, “I can do it by myself.”
They are all fools for You alone determine the fate of the Earth.
The farmer still knows just who holds the rain and sunshine
And who cause the sun and moon to come up.
The poor, helpless and enslaved still know from where their help comes
And it is not from the government, but You.
You will take the wealth from the wicked and give it to the righteous.
One day a little nation, Israel, will defeat the world’s great army
Because You have said it will be and your word will come to pass.
You will bring a ruler to power and bring down the world’s king.
You will cease all wars and declare peace.
The fate of the world and man is in Your hands alone.
We only dream of having Your power and control.

Jehovah Sabaoth- Lord of Host

Lord of Host is great and mighty in battle
Driving sinful man out of Eden garden.
He can rain fire down from heaven to scorch the Earth
Burning up crops, trees and vines.
Pour out rains enough to flood all land
And taking with it the lives of all creatures big and small
That are not under His protection.
He can turn the waters of the mighty Nile to blood.
The blood of the nations He can spill out at God command.
Nations rise and fall as He decreases, not by their might.
Great plagues are in His cup to pour out as He wills
That they may burn, eat and destroy life.
Death sickle claims its victims at His biding.
His sword knows no fear and is faithful to find His mark.
It is swift, sure and sharp cut to the heart of man.
He leads legions of angels to cut down the sinful man
Unleashing sufferings, anguishes, and distress everywhere
That sin and evil has found it hiding place.
With earthquakes and storms He knock down man’s towers
As if they were children’s building blocks.
He causes the sea to devour horses, chariots and riders
In one small swallow, great and mighty armies are gone.
The Devil and demons tremble in fear
At the mere mention of Jesus name
For it can defeat every lie and curse,
Every disease and even Death.
They know also that it is only a matter of time
Until they are thrown into the pit of Hell
To be tormented and tortured in agony
With no escape until the ends of time
For their rebellion against God Almighty.

All power, strength and might belong to You
You have domination over all things
In heaven and on Earth below.
The Earth obeys Your laws of nature.
At Your word, the mountains will fall into the ocean.
By Your authority the rain fall and hold back.
By Your say the waters part or flood the Earth.
You are commander in chief of all the angels.
At Your word they obey You ever desire.
Your rule by Your mighty right arm.
Your supremacy is without question.
Demons and the Devil flee at Your word.
Jesus name is enough to break their hold and curse on man.
Christ’s blood can save the foulest man,
Washing away all sin and breaking it hold.
Death was defeated on the old rugged cross.
One day soon at the name of Jesus one day, every knee will bow
Be it; angel, demon, or man saved or lost.
Be it: king, slave, or free man
Be he: rich or poor in Earth, or rich or poor in Heaven
All will be grasped in His potent hand to do with as God pleases
For no forces can stand before the almighty God of Abraham.

Jehovah Jireh- The Lord will Provide.

Lord, You supply the sun and rain.
It is You that give us life and breathe
And supply our every need in this world.
You bestow on us Your daily bread.
Rain down Manna from Heaven.
Fruits, vegetables, grain and meat of every kind
You cause the Earth to bring forth.
You give us the ability to earn a living.
You supply shelter from the storm,
Protection underneath Your arm.
You present a way of escape when there is none.
You afford victory when we are facing defeat.
You grant us the many blessing of Your word.
You provide instructions for us on how to live.
You offered up Your body as sacrifice for our healing.
You provide us a lamb to save us from our sin.
You grant forgiveness and mercy though we do not deserve it.
You endow us with Your precious Holy Spirit
You afford us the ability to come into Your presences.
You bestow to us the right to be called Your child.
You impart a love as deep as the oceans,
As high as the heavens above the Earth,
As wide as two outstretched arms.
It cannot be shaken or removed
For it is as it has been from the beginning of time
Until the end of time inexhaustible and unquenchable.

Jehovah Rapha- The One Who Heals

The Lord gives grace to the afflicted.
Anxiety in my heart weighs it down,
But God’s Word fills it with gladness
And releases His blessing upon me.
A tranquil heart is life to the body
And the fear of the Lord is a fountain of life.
My flesh and my heart may fail me,
My spirit may be dry and my bones break,
Sorrows and pain my afflict me,
But I will remember to fear the Lord and repent
For if I do not try to hid my sin from Him
He is faithful and just to forgive it and remove it.
Then He will bring healing to my body
And refreshment to my bones once more.
The Lord is near to the brokenhearted
And saves those who are crushed in spirit.
He has great compassion on us, and binds our every wound.
He heals not only bodies, but souls and emotions as well.
Relationships are not beyond His healing power.
Bless the Lord oh my Soul. Remember all His benefits.
Recall that by His stripes all my diseases are healed.
And by His bruising all my iniquities are pardon.
Meditate on His goodness and compassion.
Rest in His presents and renew your strength
So that you can again fly with the eagles.
Abide in Him and He will restore the lost years.
For He Himself knows our frame.
He still breathes life into us each day.
He is mindful that we are but dust.
Receive His healing balm joyfully
For it is good medicine for the heart.
He still moves in the hearts of His children
Performing miracles for His glory to be seen
And His promises are fulfilled here on Earth.
One day soon, we will however be totally healed
And we will not know pain or sorrow any longer.
Look forward to that blessed and wonderful day.

Jehovah Nissi- My Banner

Sound the trumpet in Zion and lift high His banner.
I will sing for joy over Christ’s banner of victory
I will taste and see that the Lord is good
For Jesus’ banner over me is love everlasting.
I love thee O Lord with all my heart.
You are my stronghold and my shield,
My Redeemer, and the horn of my Salvation.
In You name I am blessed with refuse, and comfort.
It is a strong tower to which the righteous run
And I find safety in it for He protect His anointed.
I will not boast in chariots, sword, or horses
But the strong and mighty right hand of the Lord.
In my distress, I called to Him and he heard me from His holy hill.
His angels encamp all around me because my heart trusts in him.
He subdues my enemies before me because I fear Him.
He girds me with strength and delivers me from calamity.
The Lord is mighty in battle and uplifts my head in glory.
He executes vengeance for me while I am in His sanctuary.
The Lord is on my side and man, demons, death and Hell
Cannot prevail against His mighty banner of love.

Jehovah Shalom- God of Peace

Peace I give to you my children.
Be not afraid of storms that come in the night.
I am with you and you are not alone.
Fear not when you hear of war and rumor of war.
I have overcome the world.
I will set the table before your enemies
And you will relax, rest, and eat with me.
Do not be tossed about by the waves.
I can still calm the seas and walk on water.
Trouble and worries will not overwhelm you
For you will rest in me and I will keep you.
You sleep will be sweet and your rest complete.
And sit at my feet and listen to my voice.
My children come into my holy tent and relax.
Rest in it for you will find my protection.
I will send my guardian angels to keep you.
You will find my provisions in times of woe.
I will cause even your enemies to be at peace with you.
I can supply all your needs, and so much more.
Leave your care and worried behind on the alter
Take up my yoke for it is light because I am there.
Trust in me and all fear must flee for it is not in me.
Like I did with Peter I will send an angel to free you.
So let not you heart be troubled by the chains of life.
Do not let things run you ragged and steal your time.
Be still and know that I am God.
Plant your feet like the might oak deep
Beside the river of living water.
I will give you joy, hope, rest
And peace that passed understand unto you.

Jehovah Raah- The Lord is My Shepherd

Once I had gone astray. I was lost and dying,
But like the good shepherd You are, You found me and rejoiced.
You came and searched for me and brought me home
Carrying me upon Your strapping shoulders.
You rescued me from all my many troubles.
I want for nothing for You meet my every need.
You leads me to pastures green with life
And cause me to rest beside the quite waters of peace.
My strength and health thou does restore to me
Cause my soul to be well with me.

Jehovah Shammah- The Lord is There.

At the Being and End of time, the Lord can be found.
The Lord is found blowing on the wind.
He is located in the North, the South, the East and the West.
Be it cold or hot, wet or dry He is there.
In the depths of the ocean, He is found.
At the end of the universe, He also exists.
The light from His presences shines across the heaven.
The Lord’s tent is located on the holy hills of Zion.
In the past, a burning bush He made His habitat.
Situated above the Mercy Seat, He also rested.
Wherever there is holiness and love, He is there.
Wherever there is joy and hope, He is there.
He can be found at the altar with the humble
Or washing away the sin of the repentant.
On an old rugged cross, He was nailed there by love.
He was laid in a tomb, but it could not hold Him.
He descended unto the Pit of Hell and took it keys
Then rose back up unto clouds of Paradise.
Angels now bow before Him where He sits on heaven’s throne.
His presences rest upon His blessed Jerusalem and Israel.
He inhabits the praise of His people from the four corners of the Earth.
His Spirit gives wing to their prayers all the way to heaven’s door.
He dries the tears of the orphans, widows, and poor.
When the sick and brokenhearted are healed, He is there.
Wherever two are three are gathered in His name He can be found.
His abides in the hearts of His children.
He walks with the righteous wherever they go.
He is in the heart and soul of all who worship Him.
In the many miracles of life, He can still be found.
In every place and every time He is there.
At the end of life journey, He awaits us
Either to rest in His present forever or to be cast away.
I choose to be there with Him.

Abba- Daddy

I wake slowly from a deep sweet sleep
Nestled snuggly in my Daddy arms.
I look up at His face and say I love You.
He smiles back and says I loved you first.
We both laugh and hug each other’s neck.
I beg Him to tell me another story and another one.
I love to hear His voice and see Him smile.
He talks for hours although it seems a moment.
Each story has a pearl of wisdom hidden in it.
He rejoices when I find the treasure in His words.
He has the biggest heart in all creation.
There is none as sweet, kind, and loving as He.
He is stronger and more robust than thousand angels are.
He takes my hand gentle and says walk beside me.
We go walking through the garden in the cool of the morning.
He shows me all the things He made;
The sun that warm the day and wakes up everything,
The mist that rises across the pond and dances upward.
He shows me a beautiful colored rainbow of promise,
The brook of living water that laughs and jumps along the way,
The big patch of velvety grass on which to roll and play in peace,
The mighty oak that give us shade and protection,
The eagle that flies so high into the sky soaring to the heavens,
A delicate butterfly that sits resting content upon a rose.
We talk of long ago and how thing should have been.
He reaches up and hands me a piece of fruit to eat.
I taste and it is good, sweet and refreshing to me.
He grows sad and tells of when His children disobey Him,
And they lost everything and hid even from His presences
Then He proudly told of another child that did all He asked.
One that He sent to bring the lost children home.
He explained that He send a precious gift
So they would know that He still loves them
And He is willing to forgive all they have done.
Just as He had done for me, when I was lost.
He places His hand upon my head and poured out
Blessing after blessing upon me.
He kissed my head and soft said,
Child if you loved me, go to lost children
And do the things you seen me do
Tell them about me and that I still love them.
Show them the way home and how to live
Until we can be united once again.
I did not want to leave His glory, or take my eye of Him
But He said don’t worry I placed a piece of me
Inside your heart so I am never away from you.
Just as someone once came in search of me
I now go in search of lost lambs for my Father.
They need to know just how great a Daddy He is.

Adonai- My Lord and Master

I find that it is easy to say my Lord,
Especially when I want something
Health, money, love, peace or blessing.
I find that is very hard to live it.
He is a very sweet and merciful master
Wanting only my best. Yet I rebel.
His yoke is light and not burdensome to bear.
But it does require that I give up all my so called rights.
He gets to choose the path I walk, not I because He is the Creator.
He gets to pick my friends and where we go because He is Lord.
He gets to plan my day and how I serve because He is master.
I would not choose all the paths He picks, but He is wise.
Often that means I have to trust Him to keep His word
And look beyond what my eyes see to His hand of provision.
Sometimes I have to go through trials
So that I can help other in theirs.
Sometime He asks that I give to others
When I don’t think I have enough for me.
Sometime I have to look inside myself
For strength and power that only He can give.
I get to spend time with Him in prayer
And go to His house for worship.
Sometime that mean I can’t play as much as I want.
I no longer have the right to say,
I hate you, I will not forgive you
For he has forgiven me of so much more than I deserve.
My temper is not mine to loose
And loving others is not optional.
By far the hardest thing for me to do
Is admitting that I am not He nor will I ever be.
Pride said I can do it, I know best.
But it lies to my heart and mind.
I have been bought at a terrible price
My ransom has been paid in full.
So once more I bend my knee at the foot of the cross
And say, I surrender all to you.
It is still a daily choice, sometimes more often.
I often fail but I try again the next day
Not to earn my freedom for I could never pay that debt.
But because He loved me enough to pay it.

Mekoddishkem- The Lord who Cleanse Sin.

I once was lost in sin’s great hold.
It had wormed it way into my heart a little at a time
Until I surrendered all my soul to it.
Its black and deadly hold, controlled my will
And I did not even know I was it prisoner.
But one day love came down and shone it light.
It pierced my cold and uncaring heart
And I got my first look at who I am.
I saw the filth and ugliness inside me.
I realized that I needed a savior to rescue me.
Love dared enough to take my sin away from me
And placed it upon it pure and holy frame.
It dared enough to pay the debt that I could not.
Defying reason it choose to be nailed upon a cross
And Jesus die upon it to set me free from sins’ hold.
Shedding His precious blood, He sanctifies my sin.
Because of His wonderful gift, I have salvation.
He washed me with His blood and made me whole again.
My sins, once crimson red, are now white as snow.
At far as the East is from the West
So far has He removed them from me.
He cleanse my heart of all unrighteousness, purifying it
And replaced it with His Holy Spirit.
I can never say thanks enough for all that He has done
And I will ever cherish that old rugged cross.

Tsidkenu- Lord My Righteousness

Jesus, You spilled Your blood on the cross
So that You could give me the garment of salvation.
You were perfect and holy in every way without sin
So that You could place, Your robe of righteousness on me.
With it came the right to come before the Father
To call Him Daddy and look into His face
Without fear and condemnation for my sins.
I can expect Him to respond to me
Just as He would to respond to You.
For when He looks at me, He is really seeing You.
With it comes the expectation of His many blessings.
Wisdom, healing, money, power and strength for trails
Comes from the pockets of Your robe.
From Your holy crown placed upon my head
Hope, joy and love cascades down on me.
I know that God loves me unconditional
And will gladly meet my needs and dreams.
I am aware that He has heard my every prayer
And that the answers to them are already on it way
From heaven door down to me below
Even if I cannot see them manifest before me.
With it comes the authority that Christ has
For performing miracles, cast out demons
Even raising the dead back to live.
The aura of righteousness cause my light to shine before men
And reflex God’s glory back to His abode.

Shadday- Divine Power to Judge

We like to think that we know right and wrong
But we did not create life here on Earth.
Morals were given to us from the Word of God
Set before time began they decide the course of man.
We did not set the plumb line for the commandments
That measures the conditions in heart of Man
But they were set by a holy, pure and just Almighty.
In the Holy Scriptures, all truth is found.
It provides wisdom to the simple making known the law
And teaching the principles of life and health.
Jesus pathway is a light for us to follow.
It shows the only way to walk in righteousness before God.
The scales of life and death are set before us
Our choices determine our fate and destiny
For we cannot earn our place in heaven
But only obtain it from the gift of grace offered at the cross.
The saints and angels watch from up above.
They will one day administer His final judgment.
He will come again to rule this Earth in that day.
In that day, He will no long hold back His hand
But give to man the consequences of His evil hearts.
God’s law and will is finial and we have no appeal.
His sword will be great, mighty, powerful, and terrifying
Splitting Man’s heart and soul to the core
And revealing the righteous and the condemned.

Paracleteous- Holy Spirit

I stand in awe and wonder of Your presences inside me.
That You would choose to leave heaven’s glory
And be trapped inside this Earthly body
Dwelling and inhabiting my heart and mind
Amazes, astonish and surprises me.
You teach me to fear and respect God
You enlighten me with Words of Bible,
Giving wisdom and understanding.
You bring to my remembrance all that is in the Word.
So that I might know right and wrong.
So that I might know the way of life or death.
You encourage me to speak that Holy Word
And release God’s blessing in my life.
When I stray from the mark before me
You show me my heart and failing.
My offenses and transgressions You do not hide from me.
You correct my path and guide my way
Back to the course, the Lord would have me walk.
You stand before my Judge and Jury
And intercede for me, pleading my case for life unto Him
The blood of Jesus, You offer as my covering.
When the circumstances and situation are beyond me
You know exactly which word to say to God for me.
When I cannot voice my prayers and hopes
You plea my requests for me perfectly
Speaking in the heavenly language of love.
When I cannot voice my sorrows and my tears flow
You comfort me and hold me in Your arms
And dry my every tears replacing them with joy.
Peace, joy and hope You bestow on me
When I am still in the middle of the storm.
You help me to praise the Almighty God
While my heart is broken and dishearten.
It is You that give me strength to stand the trails.
It is Your power that give me faith to go forward.
It is by Your mighty hand that healing and miracles come.
In Your presents all the demons and Satan must flee
For they must yield to Your victorious strength.
Because You are with me I need not be afraid
For You have overcome the world.
I am truly blessed by knowing Your heart
I beg that You will always reside in mine.
So let Your Spirit fall fresh on me again
And revive my body, mind and soul.

Jubilee

Let the trumpets sound their call.
Fill the streets with dancing and singing.
For this is the year of Jubilee
This is the acceptable year of the Lord.
This is the year that God’s people
Who have forgotten Him will return to Him and be restored.
Sins will be forgiven and joy returned to their heart and souls.
They will seek His face, not forget His word.
They will turn their hearts back to Him.
Relationships will be made whole once more.
Lives that have been torn apart will be reconstructed.
Honor will be reinstated and leadership will be re-established.
We will receive the promises that have been made by God
And excepted the gift of His most precious son cleaning blood.

Lift high your hands and shout for joy.
Let praises rise from your mouth to heaven door.
For this is the year of Jubilee
This is the acceptable year of the Lord.
This is the year that God’s people
Who are bounded will be set free of their chains.
Who are held in bondage of fear will be bold.
Who are held by addictions will be released from them.
Those who are slaves to the past, will be emancipated.

Those who are struggling will have victory in all things.
Those who are repressed and mistreated will exalted by God.
That which the Devil has claimed is unbound and liberated
By the sacrifice on the cross of our Savior and Redeemer.

Play the drums loudly and harps jubilantly.
Proclaiming boldly God’s word with glee
For this is the year of Jubilee
This is the acceptable year of the Lord.
This is the year that God’s people
Who were cursed will instead be blessed.
Trials will turn around and become blessings instead.
Those who are in debt will prosper and be lucrative.
Those who have lost jobs will find the work of their hands blessed
And the fruit of their labor will flourish, thrive and be sweet.
Those who have lost house and property, it will be restored.
Those who wages and saving have been stolen will be returned
And they will lend too many and be blessing to others.
They need not be afraid of economic down turns
For God himself, pours out blessing on His children
And requires Satan to return seven fold all that he has stolen
For Jesus Christ has placed on us his righteousness and authority.

Let Gabriel’s trumpets resound in all of heaven
Filling the streets with dancing and singing.
For this is the year of Jubilee
This is the acceptable year of the Lord.
He deserves all glory for He only is the Holy One of Israel.
The great I AM is worthy of praise for the things He has done.
We bow down before our maker in humble adoration.
We fall prostrate before our righteous judge.
We sit at His feet and weep for all we have been forgiven.
In thanks and gratitude, we lift our hands and eyes to our Father.
With love our heart releases blessings back to God most High.
Yet it holds tightly to His precious holy truth.
We bend our knee to the name above all other names
Jesus Christ, our Lord, our Master, and our Savior
And we try our best to reflect His glory back unto Him
Until He returns and it is made complete.

Hind's Feet

I will exult in my Lord, my God Most High.
With adoration and praise will I lift up my hands.
I will rejoice in His mighty strength which upholds me
Lifting me out of the pit of death and pain to see His glory.
I am coming up from the desert valley to bow down
Before the rock of my salvation, and my blessed hope.
Jesus, ignite my heart once more with that first love for You.
I need to see Your face, to touch Your heart, and hear Your voice
Until I am restored, and set free from my chains of sin.
Your powerful name breaks off their curses and strongholds.
If I could but rest for a second in the shadow of Your wings of mercy
Its blood would heal my wounds of my soul and heart
So that I am ready to return to the battle.
Fill me with Your living water, that I might be refreshed.
Give me living bread, that I might be sustained.
Let my feet rest upon hallowed ground that You have blessed.
Lift the veil before me that I may see clearly Your love.
Send down Your Spirit to nourish my soul back to life.
May Your touch and power be so strong I cannot deny it presence.
Comfort my soul and release all its pains of the past.
Place on me the robes of righteousness that I may stand before You
Knowing that You hear and answer my every prayer.
Lord, give to me hind’s feet that I might run and skip
And dance for joy upon Your holy mountain
Unencumbered by the sea of sinful pride and fear.
For Your mercy and forgiveness, arise anew from there each morning.
I want to sing “How Great Thy Are” and “Glory to His Name.”
I want to shout of Your goodness and undying love forever.
Let me fall humbly prostrate before my creator
And offer up the praise and honor that he deserves.
Oh my soul search and seek for His faithful heart.
My heart gladly bestow on Him the fellowship He desires
For no friendship is truer than that which He offers.
Consecrated my spirit to You alone, my Savior, my King.
Conform my heart to one of faith and trust,
One willing to instantly do Your good will.
One full of boldness and confidence of victory.
It is my desire to dwell on Your holy hill,
To live in truth and integrity before You.
Serving the only true and living God.
Cause me to abide in Your high tent safe and secure
Resting securely in Your peace and tranquilities.
Hid me in the cleft of the rock from my foe’s
Protecting my mind from the enemy’s lies.
Allow me to bask in Your glorious essence.
Let me fall in fear and trembling before Your divine righteousness.
I yearn to be in Your sacred presence, pure and just
Before I must descend again to world of mankind.
Send Your angels down with me for protection.
Shine Your beautiful rainbow colored light before me
So that I might clearly see the path, I am to walk.
Grant me the wisdom of Your mind that I may defend myself.
Send with me Your Holy Spirit to dwell inside me
That I might have it power to call forth Your will
To be released here below on Earth as it is in Heaven.
I need to see mountains moved and miracles everywhere
For I want to see lives changed, souls saved.
I hunger to see Your children thirsty once again for you,
Eagerly seeking a relationship with the lover of their soul.
I long to see the miracles blind eyes seeing, deaf ears hearing,
Mute voices singing, lame feet walking, and demons cast out.
I desire to witness the sick and weak health of every disease and illness.
I covet justice and blessings to be restored to the innocence and helpless.
I ache to observe the hungry and the homeless comforted.
I aspire to glimpse the spirit of poverty and war force to surrender.
I yearn to notice those imprisoned by drug, alcohol, sex, and crime
Set free from sin to live in God’s forgiveness and mercy.
I crave for families to be restored and marriages healed.
I long to see fear and worry defeated and us to rise up
To claim the victory that Christ has bought and paid for.
You have defeated death and Hell.
At Your Word the University and all within was created.
By Jesus Christ Your Son name salvation came.
You are not dead, nor do You sleep,
You are not powerless like stone and wood.
Your words are true and faithful.
You do not change your mind like men.
And You can still do all the things
That You have done in the past
You memory is not so short that You have forgotten how.
If we will but believe and call upon your precious name.
Grant me the strength to stand and declare Your will
For I want to make a difference.
I desire to please my Father.

Grace

Grace

Amazing grace how sweet the sound,
How blessed the hand that gives it to me.
It is elegance, polite, gentle, and beautiful beyond compare.
From the goodness, kindness, and mercy of God’s heart
Grace is bestowed to the man who has humble heart and yielding way.
Grace is the infinite, inexhaustible and incalculable precious.
A costly gift purchased by the Lord and free given to us
To covers the multitude of sins of man’s heart.
Christ’s grace allowed Him to leave heaven’s riches and glory
And be born as child in a lowly manger and walk the Earth as man.
God’s grace allow us to be called a child of the most high God,
When lost, ungrateful, detestable, vile, disgusting, unlovable, sinner
More closely reflected our former state and the title we deserved.
It is Christ’s grace that gives us abundant life and removes our chains.
Grace is the Holy Spirit come down to live inside of man.
It is God’s generosity of spirit to the former sinful man
Which allows him approach the presents of the throne of the Holy One.
Grace is unmerited mercy and favor given to the undeserving sinner.
It is a privileged position granted, to one when we have no right to one.
It is God’s grace that keeps us from falling into the pit we dug for others.
Only grace keeps the beggar, addicted, thief, adulator, or pervert
We are looking at with disgust from being us.
It is by grace we are not born under the curse of poverty or illness.
It is by grace that we are not the prisoner on death row.
Grace is a voice saying give them one more chance
When we have already failed four hundred and ninety times.
Man chooses to run head long into sin folly
And in his sin he makes a mountain of trouble for himself.
God’s grace allows man to recover when he repents
And places man’s feet back upon holy ground.
When we have sinned to the point that God says repent or die
And we wisely choose life and forgiveness.
It is grace that allows God to remember it no more for His benefit
And restore us to Himself with all privileges reinstated.
It is grace that gives us freedom from sin and death.
However, grace is never an excuse to go out and willful sin.
Grace is sufficient for whatever pain and sorrow that lays ahead
And permits us to endure the testing of our faith.
It is God’s grace that brings us out of the flames unharmed.
It is by grace and not our own works that we are saved
Least we be foolish and boast to God that we have done it.
Grace cannot be earned for we can never be good enough.
We must accept grace of salvation from Jesus Christ alone.
He saw our need and did what we could not do.
Grace should never be taken for granted, lest we lose it.
It is meant to bring us to our knees in thanksgiving and praise
And to show us the heart of Jesus Christ and His Father.

God's Love

God looked into the future and made a perfect plan,
A holy gift, who would redeem man’s fall
With the precious blood of the spotless lamb
Because He was love and could do no less.

Then He spoke and world came into being,
The heavens formed and land was made.
He spoke again and from the dust man was created.
Molded in God’s own image, He breathed life into man’s soul.

And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
Or comprehend His love.

He walked daily in the beautiful and bountiful garden
That He had given man to meet his every need
He gave to man dominion over all,
Even the choice to do between Man’s will and His Father’s
In the cool of the dawn, God spoke quietly to his heart.
The proud Father glorying in His child, blessing him
And the entire world was right.

And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
Or comprehend His love.

Then one day the child rebelled against his Father.
Not content to be, who he was, the apple of his father’s eye,
But sought to be equal to his maker.
Thinking he could contain the wisdom of the ages,
And take the power from his Father’s hand.

And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
How could this be happening?

The Father although His heart was breaking,
Let his son walk away, even as He called come home.
The Father did not strike in anger, but instead pleaded,
I will forgive you and forget, if only you will turn back to me.
I love you still more than you know.

And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
Or comprehend His love.

He said, “I cannot leave them, helpless with no way out.
I cannot let them die and turn back to dust with no hope.
One day they will remember the sweet love we shared,
And want the hole inside their soul filled again with love.”

And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
Or comprehend His love.

Jesus choose to leave His throne,
He choose to leave His kingdom.
He choose to become a mere helpless baby,
Born to young virgin girl.
He choose to obey an earthly father, and a heavenly one as well.
The hands that made the trees now fashioned it for man’s use.

And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
Or comprehend His love.

All He saw his father do above, he did here below.
He healed the blind, the deaf, and dumb.
He healed the leper and lame.
He gave hope to the broken hearted.
He raised the dead. He commanded the demons to leave.
He feed the crowds, He feed His sheep.
He protected His flock and went looking for lost sheep.

And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
Or comprehend His love.

But Jesus never forgot the love of His Father above.
He loved His Father with all His heart and soul.
And just as His Father had loved man, So did he.
So He counted the cost, and did what His father asked
To build a bridge back for Mankind.

And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
Or comprehend His love.

The son that never had known sin, became sin
Taking the helpless man’s place of shame.
He took man’s crown of thorns, his bruises and his pain,
He took man’s jeers and curses.
He took man’s nails and his cross.
He walked the lonely hill to Calvary.

And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
Or comprehend His love.

The angels that fill the heavens with song at his birth
Now waited with swords drawn for a single word or sigh
Had He but spoken they would have freed him,
They would have made man answer for his arrogance.
But instead their tears fill the sky with rain
And they closed the window of heaven so God could not see.

And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
Or comprehend His love.

And in the end Christ took man’s place,
Alone, cut off from God, dying in an empty shell.
No longer could He see his Father’s face.
In obedience He open wide his arms in love,
His blood, His life He lay down freely.
And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
Or comprehend His love.

They placed His lifeless body in an empty tomb.
So hurried were they, not even a proper burial
Was given to the King of Kings, The Son of God.
Man thought his hopes and dreams were gone.
Only the angels understood its meaning.

And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
Or comprehend His love.

From the pit of Hell and Death, light sprung forth
As He arose with the key to eternal life, the battle won.
The one that once deceived man now lay defeated.
Not knowing just what had happen.
Just a minute ago, he had thought he had won.

And all the angels cried at the sight of it
For they could not believe their eyes
Or comprehend His love.

The angels now bow at Christ’s feet in heaven.
They never cease to sing His praises.
Jesus still waits patiently for the last victory ride.
And like His Father He still calls to all who will
Come Home before it is too late.
What more can I do to show you,
How deeply you are loved?

Give Thanks

It is good to give thanks unto the Lord,
To declare His never ending mercy and unmerited grace,
For they are as endless as the stars in the sky
And powerful enough to defeat even death and sin.
I will exalt Jesus name and His alone,
Above every other name for it, deserve my tribute, my service.
It is wise to praise His holiness and righteousness,
To speak of His glory and purity.
He alone is impartial, honorable, and true.
He sees into man’s heart and knows it ways.
Only He has the right to pronounce judgment.
He can see the past, present and future.
He alone is wise enough to lay out its plan for hope.
There is no need to fear, for He has won the battle.
The world and hearts still bend to His control.
The voice that spoke the world into existence
The hand that molded the clay and formed man
Is still the Great I am, just as powerful, and living.
He is truth and no falsehood can be found in Him.
He will not desecrate His promises
Even when I fail Him and break my own.
He will not abandon me in my time of need.
I may turn my backs to Him, but He will never do the same.
Blessed are those who affirm His word,
And proclaim His faithfulness to keep it.
Blessed are those who are forgiven,
And sanctified with His blood,
And cleanse of all unrighteousness
Who are entitled to stand in His presence by grace
And given the privilege to come before the throne
To fall at His feet and worship Him.
To sing with the faithful His adorations
To dance with the angels in joy of His wonders and mercy.
Blessed are those who are called His children
For He is a loving and tender father
Wanting only the best for His children.
He blesses them abundantly and takes excellent care of them
Providing for their ever need beyond what they could dream.
Their faith and trust in Him will not be put to shame.
He sends His angels to protect and watch over His children.
With time, He brings good even from bad that happen to them.
And though we cannot see the reasons why and fail to understand
We can trust His heart and rest in His perfect peace.
As a loving Father does, He disciplines us in love, not anger.
He does not take pleasure or horde our failures again us.
Gentle and patiently, He guide us back to Him truth,
While He waits with open arms for our return.
No matter how many time we break His heart
His knows only one answer unbreakable, unrelenting love.
How blessed are those that know it joy and ecstasy.
How wonderful to be able to enter into His presences and cry Abba.
He washes away my tears and sorrows and grants me peace
Even if my heart is braking, or the world is falling apart
We need not fear it outcome, for He is for us.
He is a rock, a strong fortress that we can run unto and be safe.
For He will never fail us or let us be taken from His hand.
I will give thanks for the love, the nails, the cross, and precious blood
That saved me, poor contemptible sinful thing that I am.
I will praise Him for He that pulled me out of the pit and mire
And place my feet firmly upon the high cliffs of His holy mountain.
I will acclaim to the end of the Earth and unto my last breath
That Jesus is my Lord, my King, my Savior in Him I will put my trust.
To Him I surrender my heart, my life, my hopes, my dreams,
For He is all that is important, all that is worth dying or living for.

Beautiful

Lord, you are so beautiful to me
The intensity and brilliance of Your Spirit’s light
Radiates deep within my essence of my core
And reveal the desires of my heart for love.
Like a river of living waters, it revives my being
Bringing new life to a decaying body.
Your spirit is like a breath of fresh air
That warms my soul and set it on fire
Consuming all the impurity in my heart
Until only the essence of Your spirit remains.
Your loveliness takes my breath away
And melts my hard heart turning it into clay
To be shaped by the Master’s hand.
You spirit moves as a mighty wind
Pressing me ever closer to Your heart.
It music strums across my heart’s strings
Playing them song of joy, hope and blessings.
I fall down in awe of your holy presence
Unable to stand in such splendor and glory
For it is exquisite and magnificence beyond compare.
It splendor is more dazzling than thousand stars
That dance across the night sky.
It is more reassuring than the warm morning sun
After weeks of winters cold hard freezing snow.
It is more joyful and cheerful
Than the robins announcement of spring.
There is a gentleness and peace about it that calms
The stormy seas of worry and tides of fear
That crash upon the shores of life.
It is the tenderness of Mother’s kiss on a newborn babe
Or a comfort found is a Father’s embracing arms of his child
Or a Groom’s soothe caress of His loving bride.

The grandeur of such love overwhelm me.
Time freezes and all that matters is its existence.
It is more priceless and precious than life itself
For it knows no limit, no restraints, and no bounds.
It offers adoration and devotion even though undeserved
And demonstrates its eternal and everlasting extravaganza of love.
It grace and mercy engulf my spirit from deep within
Overpowering my soul and setting it free to love again.
Resting in its mighty power and strength
I can feel all of Heaven and Earth move at it biding.
I am passionate in my desire to see the beauty of God
Totally consume my heart, my mind, my soul, and spirit.
The elegance of God’s perfect love leaves me
Only crying for more of it in my life.
It’s holiness deserves my reverence and adulation
It’s beauty demands my eternal love and worship.

Blessed Be the Lord

Blessed be the Lord God of Israel
All glory, honor and praise be given unto Him.
Blow the trumpets throughout Zion.
Give tribute to the mighty protector of His people
From the holy wailing walls of Jerusalem
To the houses of the gentiles in distant lands.
Bow in respect for the promised seed of Abraham.
The Heart of David and the Wisdom of Solomon
That was placed inside the spotless Lamb
And lay upon the sacred alter of God.
The blessed lamb pure and righteous
Sacrificed for man’s sins and iniquities
That its prisoners might go free.
The sweet aroma of obedience filled the air
And the clouds of fire accepted it in heaven.
Messiah came to save a peculiar people
Thru the Covent promises of a living God
A priceless gift was nailed to a cross
And offered to all who would receive it.
Jesus, king of the Jews, angels and people of all nations.
The good shepherd came across the hands of time
Looking for the lost and dying sheep
Not because of their works or deeds of the law
But because of His faithfulness and love to fulfill it.
He came to redeem His bride
And restore her to the glory and honor
His Father intended her to have.
He came to heal and bandage her wounds,
And to fill her with living water and the bread of life.
As many stars as there are in the sky
Are the blessings that He lays upon her head.
All His promises to her he has written down
And signed in His own blood for her keeping
That she might know His love for her.
Light the candles for the groom is coming
Shout it to the ends of the Earth.
Angels sing the victory song
And let hope and joy fill man’s heart
Awaiting the trumpets sound His return.
Rejoice my soul for He will soon be here.

Abraham and Me

Many years ago, there was a man, Abraham that realized the idols he carved in his father shop were dead and powerless. Like him, I have found the idols I have carved of stone; power, honor, fame, wealth, family, and every physical pleasure have only left me dying, beneath their crushing weight. I too have had to place that which I prized the most on the alter and surrender it to God.
He sought and found a true and living God and stepped out in faith to follow him not knowing where it would lead him. I too have cried out to heaven and taken those first few steps to the cross not knowing where they might lead but only that I was lost and dying. Therefore, like him I take the first few steps trying to follow in his footprints.
Because he obeyed and believed that which he had not yet seen, God granted him a great covenant of blessing to him and his children. God laughed and his life became a blessing to the world and from the seed of his faith, the promise of salvation came to all people. Just as Abraham did not see, Jesus nailed and raised from the cross with his natural eye, I have not seen it with mine. Nevertheless, I believed and fell at the cross, afraid that just like man God would reject me. Somehow, His love overpowered me and I too was grafted into to Abrahams promise. Like him, I desire to be a blessing to others.
I too have been granted access to that covenant of blessing through the cross. My chains have been broken, and I have been set free from the yoke of sin breaking the curse of death, fear, sickness, addictions, poverty, and perversion. He has filled my days with laugher and taken the sorrow away from my nights replacing it with life, wholeness, wellness, joy, hope. He offers abundant supply of good gifts to me and my children.
Like Abraham, there have been times in my life when I have become impatient and in my weakness tried to help and hurry God along. I listened to the voice of others instead of the I AM. Like Abraham it has resulted unnecessary pain and suffering for God’s timing is always right and His ways beyond my abilities or understanding. At times, I wandered in the desert too lost in the trials of the day. Sometimes I am thirsty and parched because I have not drank from the living water of His love. Sometimes I am hungry and starved for I have fail to eat of the sweetness of His Word. Sometimes I faint beneath the intense heat of the desert’s fire because I have wander out from the protection of His Peace. Sometimes I have found myself sunken neck deep in the sand and still going under because I have taken my eye of the path He has set before me and headed back to the old ways of sin I known. The pain of reality brings me back to my senses and I reach up again to my Savior.
I do not like the trials of life for they are often painful and require that I step out in faith, but they are necessary. Abraham was asked to offer up his son as a test of his heart. I find my heart can be quite deceptive and it sometime take the challenge of laying my most prized possession on the alter to know it true state. Without them I would not know how much I grown, or how much I still need to change.
Just as God provide the sacrifice of the ram for Isaac He provided the sacrifice of Jesus for me. The precious gift of His blood covering all my sin and shame because I sat at the foot of the cross and asked forgiveness knowing it should have been me nailed to that tree. As costly and beautiful a gift as His open arms of love and grace where; they were not the most treasured gift He gave, for after everything was paid He still choose to call me friend.
Just as He did with Abraham He still walks and talks with me be it morning or night. His talks to my heart with a small quiet voice telling me of His desires in my life and of His never ending love for me. He said do this and it will go well for you and bring you joy. He desires my company, although in truth I know not why. He never leaves my side and keeps me as the apple of His eye. With love, He wraps me tight under His wings of healing and sets His angels to guard and minister to my every need so that I have no need to fear the future.
Like Abraham, all I can do is offer up the sacrifice of praise to the one true living and faithful God that created me from clay, and redeemed me from Hell. His blessings are as countless as the stars above and I fall down in awe of His glory and righteousness. I lift my hand in wonder of the Father who would call me His child and adopt me as His own. There are not enough words to express the gratitude for all that He has done for one that was as lost, corrupted and possessed with every kind of evil as was before He cleansed me. Like Abraham, I want to see him face to face and tell Him that I love Him. I long to hear Him call me friend.

A New Song

My soul, lament no more for past glories.
Grieve not for dreams that have failed.
Bewail not for memories of the splendor of long ago.
Cry no more for pleasures that were and have fade away.
Mourn no more for the saints that have gone home before you
For you will again see them made well and perfect.
Do not bemoan your present state with weeping
For you are only pasting through this land, and it is not your home.
Remove your harps from the trees on the river’s banks.
Blow the shofar long and loud from Zion’s hill
Announcing Abraham’s promised blessing in your life
For the Lord has given you a new song of joy.
Release to Him a song of praise and thanksgiving
For He as broken your chains of captivity
And like the sun you will rise up again with the morning
For the son that is in you will lift you up from the pit.
You anguish is but for a moment of time
In ordered to turn your eyes back to the great I AM.
For the dead and lifeless idols of man’s hands
Can’t not compare to His wonderful and marvelous works.
The darkness that has encompassed you has been revoked.
And the dawns light floods your soul with joy and hope.
Its peace brings rest to the weary and trouble heart
Restoring you the glory of God’s sweet cherished fellowship.
It anoints you with a holy oil washing away the pains of this life
Causing your spirit to revive and live once more in favor.
The grace of the Lamb most esteemed covers all your failings
And pays the price of sin and victory once and for all.
There is cause to sing in celebration, death has been rescinded.
Shout Halleluiah and Hosanna from the rooftops
For the veil of darkness has been torn from top to bottom
And man is no longer separated from the God which gave him life.
Rejoice in the newfound expectations of possibility for the future.
Look with forward with Elijah’s eyes and see God’s good plans for you.
Open up your hands and heart, and grasp that hope tightly.
Cling to that solid rock and lift up high Aaron’s Rod.
Let your cries of His triumph reach the gates of heaven
For your prayer of faith have been laid before alter
And the angels have been dispends to answer it.
Relax and comprehend the perfect love He has for you.
Then release the fears that held you prisoner for so long.
Lift up your hands in praise and show the covenant mark
Identifying you as His redeemed child so all the world may see
His light shining through you to the lambs still lost
And Satan will know that he must flee and release thee.
Dance before Him with joy and gladness despite the storm.
Play the harp and tambourine in celebration
For He places on you His robe of righteousness,
Given you the helmet of salvation and sword of truth to guide you.
He has placed His glory inside you that you might be like Him;
Holy, pure, confident, powerful, loving and forgiving.
Let the resonation of you voice loudly and delightfully
Proclaim His goodness, His forgiveness and His mercy.
With beautiful melodies, tell of His faithfulness to all generations.
Bow in thanksgiving before your ever-loving Father.
Fall trembling in awe before the sacred holy presence
Of your Priest, Prophet, King, Master and Savior.
He who with his word set Orion and The Bear in the night sky
Just as easily cause a nation to be born in a day
And an enemy to sweep to the bottom of the sea
So there is no need to fear and worry needlessly.
He delights in His children and will rain blessing down on them
From heaven unlimitless and abundant bounty to meet their ever need.
Take courage and strength for you are one of them
And His grace is sufficient for any trial.
Join with the angels’ harmonies to sing a new song
Of His holiness and His justice, of His power and His might.
Unite with the Earth to sing the wonder of its creator.
Merge the sounds of your tongues to proclaim
The glory and honor offer to that blessed name of Jesus
Which is above all other names, and most dear.
The Messiah promised to God’s choose people of Israel
That she might be a blessing to the world.
Let a new song rise up before The Arc of the Covent
And to the throne of the righteous Judge, and Prince of Peace
Bringing with it the sweet incense of sacrifice and obeisance
For it, give Him more pleasure than that of a thousand bulls.
Said one more time I love you, for you can never say it enough.
